Ecosystems in Construction Business

When we just started digitizing real estate development businesses in the early 2000s, we used an old-school approach and rarely thought about outside clients, focusing instead on internal needs of accountants and sales teams, servers and networks connecting offices in different cities.
While developing a variety of IT services for the company, it soon became clear that allowing external and internal (customers, partners) clients to satisfy more and more needs arising in the process of coordination with a developer, we were starting a new trend in the real estate development industry, and ultimately our clients and especially business partners started praising our IT services in front of our competitors.
On a deeper dive, we realized that companies all over the world tend to create comprehensive ecosystems that involve their clients and partners in the whole range of services, so that more and more needs were met by the ecosystem, [not sure what the phrase about opening apps as frequently as possible - need clarification] and so that day-to-day processes are easy and fast to complete, without the need to switch between services that offer only a narrow area of expertise.
In the past several years, having focused on creating such ecosystems, we achieved positive results. Our ecosystem of digital products for real estate developers allows them not only to retain clients - buyers and owners, but also business partners, such as building and interior materials suppliers, service providers and contractors.
